Still small as ever but full of fire, Sumomo has been dubbed "The Princess" around here. Marcus has spoiled her to bits. So of course she didn't want to pose for her new picture!
Sumomo is a very flashy but correct doe, with a nice topline when she wants to behave. Very dairy. Her escutcheon is nice and high and wide, and she tracks well. I would like a little less toe-out on her, but her legs and feet are good and strong. She has nice sharp withers and blends smoothly but could benefit from a stronger front end. It's going to be a treat seeing this girl develop, I'm betting she's going to blossom just like her dam did after she freshens.

This is another flashy doe that is wild as a march hare despite being handled from the time she hit the ground. Hence her buggy expression and pose in the above picture.
She is boasting a correct general appearence and wonderful dairy character. She has high tight withers and shoulders, very nice feet and legs with more rear angulation than can be seen in the pic. She is smooth throughout with depth of body and flat bones. Perhaps a little less toe-out on her front feet would be nice, but you can't have it all I suppose. Another very nice escutcheon area that's open and wide. And another one I'm excited to watch as she grows!
The definition of her name means "Fox"... I'm not sure why, but after the first few minutes of her being born, she reminded me of one.

Seems no one really wanted to pose for me.
This is my favorite doe, and she's almost a carbon copy of her dam. I would like to see smoother belnding from neck to withers but that may come still with age. She is very sharp, her topline is wonderful and straight with good feet and legs. Her escutcheon is bowling ball, very open which bodes well. Very dairy with loose soft skin and flat bones. She is very long in body which I just love, and she has great rear angulation (which of course, can't really be seen in the pic).
I have high hopes for this girl!

I am thrilled to have this very fine young doe, named Pocky because everyone agrees that she looks like she's been dipped in milk chocolate!
She is showing me a very nice uphill topline, length of body and a graceful neck. She really evens out on the go more, though she isn't stacked up all that well in the pic. Her ribs are already so nicely open and flat, plus she's got that nice silky pliable dairy skin. She's got great feet and legs, width between the hocks that open up into a nice open escutcheon. This girl is also sweet as candy!
Her dam Impression's udder is fantastic, she has the smoothest foreudder I've ever seen plus her teat size and placement is perfect for a FF.
I'm super-excited to see how this girl is going to develop and freshen!
